Processing Workflow
Kitchen waste is crushed and fed into the fermentation bin where high-temperature composite bacteria (65℃-75℃) rapidly decompose organic matter through intermittent stirring. The process converts macromolecular organic matter into harmless substances (CO₂ and H₂O) with waste gases purified by the deodorization system.
Final Product Value
The resulting organic fertilizer contains beneficial bacteria (Bacillus) and rich organic matter, ideal for soil improvement and enhanced fertilizer efficiency. Achieves 85%-90% volume reduction within 24 hours, with final output being approximately 10% of original input volume.
